Qaiss commenced his career as an Environmental Analyst and holds qualifications in Science and Applied Science through RMIT and Chisholm TAFE. After completing further studies at Kaplan, he transitioned his career into the area of Finance broking and ran his own successful Franchise with Loan Market before joining ZED Real Estate in 2017. His early success in his own business was short lived as he was drawn towards joining his brothers at Zed Real Estate.
Heading up Operations and Compliance, Qaiss has a keen eye for detail and keeps a close, vigilant hand on operations to ensure that Customer service delivery standards remain uncompromised. His ‘clients for life’ philosophy keeps Qaiss’s attention firmly directed towards ensuring that all post-sales activity, documentation and administration is progressed with accuracy and efficiency so that client expectations are exceeded at all times and that clients of Zed Real Estate stay lifelong advocates. Qaiss also holds responsibility for maintaining and adhering to regulatory standards set by the industry and peak bodies.

In his personal life, the multilingual Qaiss is married with a two-year-old daughter and lists his family as his main priority and is driven to building a strong future for them. He is also an accomplished and internationally renowned musician and Lead vocalist of Nasheet Music, having performed to record crowds in the USA, Indonesia, Australia, Afghanistan and the UAE.
