Alejandro Torres

A relentless work ethic, non-stop energy and a passion for real estate have been central to Alejandro’s success in the industry.

Born in Peru and fluent in four languages, Alejandro began his career in senior management roles in the retail industry before discovering his natural flair for real estate. After just seven months, Alejandro was awarded runner- up novice auctioneer for a large Melbourne-based real estate agency.

Dean GhausiWith a Bachelor’s in Business Administration Dean soon realized his skills lay in real estate. After moving to Australia, Dean qualified for his real estate license and joined Zed Real Estate. 

Dean brings a natural sales style to the table. He is bilingual and wishes to be part of Zed Real Estate team. Growing up in an affluent family, Dean has enjoyed the luxuries of life living in Dubai and enjoying the good life. He understands that working hard is the only way to have the best life!  

For Dean achieving excellence is all about commitment, skill and persistence. Dean’s core belief in real estate is understanding his clients need so as to create the most hassle-free transaction possible. Listening carefully and building trust are key to this for Dean coupled with absolute professionalism.

In his down time Dean enjoys spending time with family and friends, eating at good restaurants and exploring all the beautiful city of Melbourne has to offer.

Claudia Michaels

Claudia is an agent with a difference. A skilled entrepreneur, Claudia finally settled on real estate and obtained her estate agent’s license in 2017. Since then, Claudia has gone on to sell millions of dollars’ worth of property.

With a natural entrepreneurial spirit and charisma, Tavab exudes a natural selling style that has been of significant benefit to his clients through a strong sense of client compassion and understanding.

Tavab’s corporate experience includes working at Vodafone and Optus before starting his own All-Phones franchise. He quickly grew this store to the top 150 nationwide and his kiosk to the top 3 in Australia. At the age of 21, he started investing in property and soon realised that his talents lay in real estate and that was the defining moment that helped him decide to join ZED Real Estate.

Tavab’s main area of focus at Zed Real Estate is to ensure that the Sales team maintain peak performance as a customer-focused powertrain.
